These terms apply to this website, mantastudios.com, which presents the studio and its games, digital toys and digital experiences. They are between you and Crusader Ventures Ltd, trading as Manta Studios.

Using the site

You may use this website for personal and business purposes, including learning about the studio and its projects. You may link to any page here without asking.

You may not:

• use automated systems to scrape the site or to overload it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the infrastructure behind it;
• interfere with the contact form or its anti-spam protection, or use it to send unsolicited material.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, design, code, artwork and images, is owned by Crusader Ventures Ltd or licensed to it, unless stated otherwise. The Manta Studios name and mark belong to Crusader Ventures Ltd.

Assets published on the press page may be used for editorial coverage of Manta Studios without further permission, provided they are not altered and Manta Studios is credited. Any other use needs written permission.

The names and artwork of the studio's past and present projects remain the studio's, including those of projects that are no longer available.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or remove content at any time. Where a project is withdrawn we say so on its page rather than letting the link quietly break.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, for information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party links

Where we link to an external site, we are not responsible for its content, its availability or its terms.

Reporting a security issue

If you find a security problem with this website, email [email protected]. Include the page or endpoint affected, the steps to reproduce what you found, and what you believe the impact is. We will acknowledge your report and act on it in good faith.

While researching, please:

• do not access, modify or retain data that is not yours;
• do not disrupt the service or degrade it for other people;
• stop and report as soon as you have enough to demonstrate the issue;
• give us a reasonable time to fix it before making it public.

We will not pursue legal action against good-faith security research that follows these rules. There is no bounty programme.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
